Returns and Refunds
We understand sometimes things don't work out.
At Misty Ridge we are committed to providing high-quality products. All items are checked and packaged carefully.
Should your online purchase arrive damaged in transit, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact Misty Ridge immediately via online form or email nzmistyridge@gmail.com.
We will endeavour to correct any issues as soon as possible.
If you're not satisfied with your online purchase, please return the items for an exchange or credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Should you wish to make a return, please contact us before returning.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn in the manufacturer's packaging with all labels and swing tags still attached. All items returned are subject to inspection.
All returns are at the discretion of Misty Ridge.
Shipping expenses are not refundable.
Your return remains your responsibility until received by us.
Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them, when your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.
